Opening of the Welding & Joining Society (WJS) Middle East Branch

The inaugural meeting of the Middle East Branch of the Welding and Joining Society was held at the Holiday Inn Express, Knowledge Village, Dubai on Tuesday 22nd February 2011. Christoph Wiesner attended and addressed the meeting, stating that he was very happy to be present at the inaugural meeting of the Branch, and that he hoped the Branch would go from strength to strength in the future.

The formation of the Middle East Branch of the WJS represents a huge opportunity for people involved in welding in the Region to not only extend their technical knowledge, but also to widen their circle of contacts in the industry.
