The course will include but is not limited to:
Principles of the resistance welding process; welding equipment; guidance on setting controls and developing weld schedules; control of weld quality; demonstrations of the effect of welding parameters; weld head design; electrode selection; consideration of unusual and dissimilar material combinations; testing, monitoring, NDT; maintenance and safety.
