Pursuing Success Through Career Development - Yajjala Parameswarudu

Born and raised in India, Yajjala 'Paramesh' Parameswarudu began his inspection career in Singapore in 2005 after getting his mechanical engineering diploma.

Starting out as an NDT technician in hi-tech inspection services, it wasn’t long before Paramesh moved to join a new project in Quatar, where he was also promoted to become an NDT inspector and then a QA/QC coordinator. Switching from being a material inspector to overseeing documentation and welding qualifications, Paramesh was soon on the move again for a role inspecting a petrochemical plant in Kuwait.

Paramesh has remained enthusiastic about his career development and decided to attend ACFM training to expand his skillset.

I believe that knowledge of this in-demand NDT technique should improve my career opportunities while the CSWIP certification will prove my competence and provide a competitive advantage over my peers.

While currently working in Brunei as a rope access level 2 inspector, Paramesh believes that his ACFM certification will allow him to be promoted to a higher position.

He revealed that TWI’s training was comprehensive and that the lecturer, Mr Rashdan, was patient in elaborating and repeating the topics covered in the course.

I was happy with my training experience

I would happily recommend TWI Malaysia’s training and certification to my colleagues.
