TWI Certification Ltd marks 20 years of accreditation to deliver welding, inspection and NDT services

TWI Certification Ltd (TWI CL) marks the start of 2013 in celebration of 20 years of accreditation to deliver certification services to industry. The company was first accredited in 1993 by the National Accreditation Council for Certification Bodies. CSWIP personnel certification schemes continue to be delivered today under United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) accreditation in accordance with EN ISO 17024 Criteria for certification bodies operating certification of personnel.

Manufacturer Certification Schemes
Assessment and certification of welding manufacturers and fabricators in accordance with ISO 3834, EN 15085-2 and EN 1090-1. TWI CL is UKAS accredited and IIW/EWF approved as a Manufacturer Certification Body for welding of metallic materials and welding or railway vehicles and components, and a Notified Body for Factory Production Control certification in accordance with the Construction Products Directive.
