TWI Opens New Training and Technology Centre in Belarus

TWI conducts successful first plant inspection training course in Iran

TWI will be delivering its training from a brand-new training and technology centre in Minsk, in the Republic of Belarus. The new office will meet the growth in demand for inspection services and training from industry in the area.

TWI is working with the BGPD (Belgazpromdiagnostika) company in Minsk to offer both theoretical and practical courses covering a wide range of welding and inspection disciplines. These are to include welder training, welding engineering, welding inspection, non-destructive testing, paint and plant inspection, and health and safety.

Each year, more than 20,000 people benefit from TWI’s global programme of industrial training and development courses, making TWI the world’s largest provider of training in non-destructive testing (NDT), welding, welding inspection and a host of associated disciplines.

Courses and examinations are designed to service key industry sectors including oil and gas, aerospace, construction, power (nuclear, fossil, renewables), automotive, rail, marine, and manufacturing. Each course is led by certified experts who can offer the exact knowledge required by the demands of industry all over the world.

The courses are accredited by internationally-recognised certification from awarding bodies including CSWIP, BGAS-CSWIP, PCN, EWF/IIW, ASNT, IOSH, NEBOSH.
