CSWIP employer-specific certification offers the advantage that the company’s inspection personnel are assured as competent for the company's specific product form and inspection techniques. The CSWIP certificates bear the name and address of the employer and the certificate is non-transferable between similar product form companies, an advantage when considering staff retention and training costs.
