TWI Senior Inspection Lecturer honoured by the Divers Qualification Board of the Republic of Poland

TWI Senior Subsea Inspection Lecturer and Project Team Leader, Marek Wojcik has been awarded with an Honourable Mention by the Divers Qualification Board of the Republic of Poland for his work in advancing the diving industry in Poland.

Having begun his career in his native Poland, Marek has worked in places as diverse as Qatar, Malaysia, Norway and Nigeria (amongst others). With around fifteen years of diving inspection experience, he has also been recognised as the first Polish diver to become a fully certified IMCA Air Diving Supervisor.

Aside from his years of invaluable experience being to the benefit of TWI Training, the Polish Divers Qualification Board also hope that Marek’s wealth of knowledge will help in the development of Polish diving regulations and standards to benefit the safety and quality of work in this industry sector.
