What will I learn?

In addition to the knowledge of a Level I Engineer, this course will teach you criteria for CP and their limitations, Pourbaix diagram interpretation, surface film effects, and polarisation diagrams. You will also learn about CP design considerations for sacrificial anode and impressed current systems, construction materials specification and quality control, safety considerations, attenuation calculations, commissioning a CP system and potential measurements.

What will I leave with?

This course builds on the information presented in the Level 1 cathodic protection course to provide a deeper level of understanding and knowledge.
