The Materials and their Behaviour eLearning product provides you with 20-25 hours of course material so you can get a head start on your training, as well as with self-assessment options so you can check your progress along the way.

Offering added flexibility to your training, the eLearning is free for anyone who signs up for an EWF/IIW welding diploma course.

Accessing your course

When you have registered for your course, you will receive login details so that you to access your eLearning platform immediately.

Your course will be accessible for 60 days.

With the eLearning platform, you can track your progress and invest more time in the areas you need to.
You can still go back after completion to revise a particular topic again, as long as you do so within the 60-day timeframe.

How do I view the eLearning course on my tablet?

For the best eLearning experience, we recommend that you download the Articulate Mobile Player for iOS or Android.

When the app is installed on your Apple or Android device, click on an eLearning module in the TWI Virtual Academy and the app will launch automatically. You are now ready to start.

I haven't received my login details - what should I do?

Your login details are usually emailed to you within 2-3 hours of signing up. If you haven't received the email, please check your junk or spam folder. To ensure this does not happen, add enquiries@twivirtualacademy.com to your 'safe senders' list.

The eLearning courses I bought have now expired - can I still see my training record?

All your training records will always be accessible, even when your eLearning course has expired.

Do I need speakers or headphones for my online training?

Yes, as some videos, animations and interactions in the eLearning courses will have sound and/or narration.

How long do I have to complete my online training?

When you have purchased an eLearning course, you can access it for 60 days after the date of purchase. After this time, the course will be removed from your learning plan. You will still be able to access your training records.

I have a slow internet connection – will this affect my online learning experience?

A slow internet connection may affect your eLearning experience and may result in long load times, missing media, or your personal training records not being saved or updated properly. Please check the specific product page for minimum recommended connection speeds.

Can I download an eLearning course and access it offline?

All our eLearning courses are designed to be accessed online, through the TWI Virtual Academy. You should not download or print any of the online courses or course material.

Who can I contact if I have a technical problem?

If you do experience and problems with your eLearning experience you can contact enquiries@twivirtualacademy.com. If possible please provide a screen shot of your issue.
